At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with manufacturer damage or a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Replacement requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges for:

• Color selection
• Size selection
• Style preference
